What are the most common questions customers ask about your artwork or buying from you?

Customers often ask: "How long will my commission take to finish?", "How will I receive my commission?", "Can I see my commission during its progress?", and "What if I want to have my picture framed, can you help with this?".

How long will my commission take to finish?

The time required for a commission to be completed can vary depending on its complexity and current workload. I will provide an estimated timeline when you place your order, but as they say a painting is only finished when the artist is happy with it.

Can I see my commission during its progress?

Yes, for commissions, I typically offer progress updates so you can see how your artwork is developing.

What if I want to have it framed, can you help with this?

Whether you purchase a finished painting or order a commission, I can discuss framing options and provide guidance, or connect you with trusted framers to ensure your artwork is presented beautifully.  If you wish to purchase the frame through myself via an independant frame manufacturer.  When I receive the frame I will ensure the picture is seucred to the frame and strung ready for hanging.

What information do you think would be most helpful for potential customers to know before they make a purchase?

It is most helpful if customers ensure any images or photos they send are clear and precise. The more images they can provide, the more elements I will have to work with for their commission.

Are there any specific policies you have regarding shipping, returns, or commissions that customers should be aware of?

Paintings can be collected or shipped. Shipping is an additional cost, with the price dependable on size and the shipping location.  All paintings being shipped with be throughly packaged and protected from elements. Once a painting has been purchased or, in the case of commissions, accepted and deposit paid, there are no returns accepted or refunds issued.

How will I receive my commission?

You can choose to either collect your commission in person from my home location, or we can arrange for shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated separately, depeendant of size and shippping location.

What is your return policy?

Once a painting has been purchased or a commission has been accepted and deposit paid, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
