Welcome to MsTery Arts. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your purchases from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Returns and cancellations
With the exception of commissioned artwork, once an item has been purchased and shipped to the customer, returns/refunds are accepted within the guidelines of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Cost of return to be met by the purchaser, items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. If an item has been purchased but is awaiting the shipment process, and the purchase is cancelled by the client, a 20% charge of the original purchase price for administrative costs is retained. Deposits on commissioned work are non-refundable if the client does not wish to progress. Returns/refunds are not accepted for any commissioned artwork completed. See below for details on lost or damaged items in transit.
Rules and requirements for the return of our artwork:
- Clear Timeframes: The legal minimum is 14 days to notify us and another 14 days to send it back.
- Condition Requirements: The artwork must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and shipped with a tracked and insured courier service matching the value of the piece.
- Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping and original outbound shipping is non-refundable. For damaged or faulty art whilst in transit, claims will be via the shipping/transit insurance.
- Exclusions: Unless the artwork has been damaged in shipping/transit which would covered by the appropriate shipping/transit insurance. Custom commissions or personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds, if applicable will be made back to the original payment method.

Delivery and shipping
We ensure that your artwork is delivered safely. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the item will be covered by the carrier's insurance. We will assist in resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
Payment methods
Payment for your MsTery Arts artwork can be made via Credit/Debit Cards and other payment services as detailed in the purchase process. If there is an issue with payment, the client should contact their own bank for assistance.
Important notes for original artworks
As our artworks are original and unique, please ensure a correct delivery address is provided. It is important to have someone available to receive the item from the carrier. MsTery Arts will not be held accountable or responsible for any loss or damage done to the item if the package is left in a 'safe place' without direct receipt. We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition.
