Welcome to MsTery Arts. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your purchases from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Returns and cancellations
Once an item has been purchased and shipped to the customer, returns are not accepted and no refund is made. If an item has been purchased but is awaiting the shipment process, and the purchase is cancelled by the client, a 20% charge for administrative costs is retained from the original purchase price. Deposits on commissioned work are non-refundable if the client does not wish to progress.

Delivery and shipping
We ensure that your artwork is delivered safely. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the item will be covered by the carrier's insurance. We will assist in resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

Payment methods
Payment for your MsTery Arts artwork can be made via Credit/Debit Cards and other payment services as detailed in the purchase process. If there is an issue with payment, the client should contact their own bank for assistance.
Important notes for original artworks
As our artworks are original and unique, please ensure a correct delivery address is provided. It is important to have someone available to receive the item from the carrier. MsTery Arts will not be held accountable or responsible for any loss or damage done to the item if the package is left in a 'safe place' without direct receipt. We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition.
